These terms govern services provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("ChatChosen", "we") to the client named in the applicable order ("you").
We provide AI search visibility services for local businesses: weekly AI answer tracking, Google Business Profile and listings work, reviews strategy, local press and community outreach, and service-page content — as described in your order.
While your account is active and in good standing, we will not accept another client in the same trade within your defined service area ("market"). The trade and market are defined in your order. The lock begins on your start date and ends when your engagement ends. If a prospective client's requested market overlaps yours, we will decline them.
The initial partnership term is 6 months, billed monthly. After that, the engagement continues month-to-month; either party may end it with 30 days' written notice. Add-on markets are billed per your order.
If, within 90 days of your start date, AI engines are not naming your business for target customer questions defined in your baseline plan, we will continue the work at no additional monthly fee until they are. The guarantee is an extension of work, not a refund. Your Market Lock™ remains in force throughout.
You'll give us reasonable access to your Google Business Profile, website and listings, respond to approval requests within a reasonable time, and not engage in fake reviews or other deceptive signals. We never create fake signals on your behalf.
AI engines are third parties we don't control. Except as stated in the Chosen Guarantee, we don't promise specific rankings, answers, call volumes or revenue.
Content we create for you (pages, listings copy, press materials) becomes yours on payment. Our methods, platform (Maark), templates and know-how remain ours. "Market Lock" and "The CHOSEN Method" are our marks.
